วิธีใช้

ใช้มือที่สะอาด อ้อมผ่านด้านหลังศีรษะไปจับใบหูและดึงขึ้นเล็กน้อย

สอด ปลั๊กอุดหู เข้าไปในช่องหู จนชั้นของปลั๊กลดเสียงเข้าไป 2 ชั้น ส่วนชั้นที่ 3 ให้ปิดอยู่นอกหู
Instruction

With clean hand, reach over the head and pull top of ear upward.

With other hand grasp plug handle and gently push and rock into ear canal until a good seal is made.
